I’ve spent my career inside growing businesses, watching good ideas struggle when teams, systems, and commercial goals drift out of sync. My work is about bringing those pieces back together.

I help brands clarify what they’re really building, align the people and structures behind it, and create the conditions for the work to perform.

My Background:

I’ve spent over a decade inside growing brands, working across marketing, sales, and commercial strategy to help teams navigate the space between ambition and execution. My experience spans global and North American businesses including Arc’teryx, Nike Canada, Saje Natural Wellness, Macy’s, and Nutrl Vodka Soda. Across these environments, I have worked on market planning, brand positioning, product launches, market entry, and building the systems that support sustainable growth.

Along the way, I learned that performance is not driven by ideas alone. It comes from alignment. When strategy, structure, and people move together, good work compounds. Today, my focus is helping leadership teams bring clarity to complex moments, build organizations that support commercial goals, and create conditions where both the brand and the people behind it can do their best work
